Mismo First Touch is where the Mismo Method starts, your one required next step, for new clients and anyone returning after 6+ months. This isn't a rushed facial squeezed between errands. It's a full hour  where I actually listen to what your skin, hormones, and nervous system are telling me, together, then hand you a real, clear protocol built around exactly where you are right now. No guesswork. No generic advice. Just clarity, and a path forward that's yours.

You already know how to take care of everyone else. This is the one hour that's just yours. First Touch is always where we start, no matter how long you've been coming here or how well you think you already know your skin.

Here's what that actually feels like: your lower body held in continuous lymphatic compression, your skin worked through the full HydraFacial® protocol, red light supporting it all underneath. The Mismo First Touch is offered at a foundational investment of $395 and includes:

  • Ballancer® Pro lower-body lymphatic compression (pants) worn throughout the session
  • Red light therapy
  • Guided assessment and education

This integration creates a true full-body facial experience, rather than surface-level skin care alone.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and visibly glowing, with a clear understanding of how full-body care supports skin health and how future treatments can be personalized through the Mismo Method. The First Touch is intentionally designed as a foundation and discovery experience.

Thoughtful customization: guided, not chosen upfront

Depending on how your skin and body respond during your session, advanced elements such as upper-body lymphatic jacket integration, customized skin boosters, or dermaplaning may be thoughtfully layered in when appropriate.

These enhancements are introduced and guided in real time and are never self-selected at booking.

Advanced layers are typically explored in subsequent visits or as part of a guided series or membership.

FSA / HSA eligibility:

Lymphatic compression therapy using the Ballancer® Pro may be FSA/HSA eligible when paired with a valid Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), depending on your plan. Eligibility is determined by your provider. A detailed receipt can be provided upon request.
