Mismo First Touch is the starting point for the Mismo Method and the first step into full-body skin care at Mismo Studios. This session is designed to support your skin by supporting your entire system—skin, lymphatic flow, and nervous system together.
This introductory yet comprehensive experience blends the HydraFacial® 3-Step Protocol with continuous lower-body lymphatic compression using the Ballancer®Pro pants, worn throughout the session, and red light therapy. By supporting circulation and lymphatic flow while calming the nervous system, results feel deeper, more integrated, and longer lasting than a traditional facial.

Thoughtful customization: guided, not chosen upfront
Depending on how your skin and body respond during your session, advanced elements such as upper-body lymphatic jacket integration, customized skin boosters, or dermaplaning may be thoughtfully layered in when appropriate.
These enhancements are introduced and guided in real time and are never self-selected at booking.
Advanced layers are typically explored in subsequent visits or as part of a guided series or membership.
For returning/established clients:
Returning clients who have already experienced integrated HydraFacial® and lymphatic compression will be guided individually to determine the most aligned next step.
FSA / HSA eligibility
Lymphatic compression therapy using the Ballancer® Pro may be FSA/HSA eligible when paired with a valid Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), depending on your plan. Eligibility is determined by your provider. A detailed receipt can be provided upon request.
