Reservation & Booking Policy

We love that you're here, and we want your experience at Mismo to feel easy and taken care of from the very first step. To respect everyone's time — yours and ours — please take a moment to read through our booking and reservation policies below.

Reserving Your Session

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit goes toward the cost of your session and confirms your spot on the schedule.

  • Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • Deposits can be submitted securely at the time of booking.

We appreciate your understanding — this helps us honor your time and the time of other clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice

Life happens, and we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Your $100 deposit will be fully refunded.
  • You're welcome to rebook at any time.

Cancellations within 48 hours

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The $100 deposit will be forfeited.
  • You are welcome to rebook — a new deposit will be required to hold your next appointment.

We understand things come up unexpectedly. If you're experiencing an emergency, please reach out directly and we'll do our best to work with you.

Late Arrivals

We want to make the most of your time together. Please arrive on time so we can deliver the full Mismo experience.

  • If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your session will be abbreviated to fit the remaining time — and the full session price still applies.
  • If there is not enough time to safely complete your protocol, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
  • We will always do our best to accommodate you, but out of respect for the clients booked after you, we cannot run over your scheduled time.

No-Show & No-Call Policy

General clients

A no-show is when a client misses their appointment without any prior notice.

  • The $100 deposit will be forfeited.
  • All future bookings will require full prepayment at the time of scheduling.

We truly value your trust and your time. This policy exists so we can keep serving you and all of our clients with the care and consistency you deserve.

Prepaid series & package members

We recognize that members have already made a meaningful investment in their care. The no-show policy for members reflects that commitment.

  • If you no-show or no-call and do not reschedule, that session will be forfeited and counted off your series package.
  • We want to make sure every session in your package goes toward real, intentional care — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up so we can do our best to protect your time.

Rescheduling is always welcome with advance notice — we never want you to lose a session you've invested in.
