On-Location Make Up Requests

Most of my off site requests are wedding related, but not always. Whether I am coming to you because you are going to a gala, taking your annual family portraits, or whether you are a bride, my on-location make up services include airbrushing, lash application, and advanced contouring techniques- basically, a flawless and glamorous YOU, photo-finsihed and ready go for up to 18-hours.

My Group Rates are as follows:

High Definition Event Make up for 1  $350

High Definition Event Make up for 2 $600

High Definition Event Make up for 3 $800   *most popular package*

High Definition Event Make up for 4 $1000

High Definition Event Make up for 5 $1125

High Definition Event Make up for 6 $1250

For parties of 7 or more, a second make up artist may be required to go on location with me, depending on the time restraints or scheduling of the particular group. If a second make-up artist is needed due to time constraints, a second artist fee may apply.

A 20% gratuity is automatically added for parties of 3 or more.

OFF SITE BOOKING AGREEMENT & AVAILABILITY:

Availability is not guaranteed without an acceptance of the Booking Agreement and a deposit. I have a first-come, first-served booking policy.  Booking for a “trial” does not necessarily mean you have first priority in booking the actual date. Bookings go to the first party who secures their event with their deposit. Event dates and times should be booked as soon as possible.

There is an hourly charge for Missy to stay onsite beyond the predetermined make up package scheduled. This must be agreed upon and scheduled within the make up agreement when booking the event.

RESERVATION:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due and payable upon booking. The deposit is applied towards the the balance of the individual or group rate you choose.

Upon your deposit, I will reserve the date, time and package agreed upon and will not contract any other event(s) that conflicts with this agreement. For this reason, the 50% reservation deposit fee is non-refundable. If the date is changed, or the wedding is cancelled by the client for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, extreme weather conditions or political turmoil, all payments remain non-refundable. If the date is changed and I am available, arrangements may be worked out as necessary. Final payment for remaining balance is due upon my arrival, at set-up, on the day of the event.

TRAVEL FEE:

All events booked outside a 40 mile radius of my studio in Oakland will require additional travel arrangements and fees.
